Replacement Battery Instruction Manual

1.     Storage Instructions

(1) Lithium-ion batteries should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated environment, and should be kept away from fire sources and high temperature environments.

(2) Storage environment conditions: relative humidity is 65±20%RH, recommended storage temperature: 15℃~35℃.

   For short-term storage (within 1 month), the battery must be placed in an environment of -10℃~45℃;

   For medium-term storage (within 3 months), the battery must be placed in an environment of -10℃~35℃;

   For long-term storage (more than 3 months), the battery must be placed in an environment of -10℃~30℃;

   The recommended storage temperature for transportation is 20°C.

(3) Storage voltage and power:

   Voltage 3.75V~3.95V

   Electricity: 40%~70%, complete charge and discharge at least once every 3 months and make up to the above storage voltage or battery requirement.

2.     Instructions for use

 (1) It is necessary to use a special charger for charging. Using high current or high voltage charging may cause problems in the charging and discharging performance and safety performance of the battery, and may cause heat generation, leakage or swelling.

(2) The battery must be charged within the range of 10°C to 45°C. Exceeding this temperature range will reduce the performance and life of the battery, and there is a risk of bulging.

(3) The battery must be discharged within the environmental range of -10°C~60°C. Exceeding this temperature range may cause the performance of the cell to decrease.

(4) When the battery is not used for a long time, the battery may be in an over-discharge state due to self-discharge. In order to prevent the occurrence of overdischarge, the battery should be charged regularly to maintain the voltage between 3.75V and 3.9V. Overdischarge will cause the performance of the cell to be reduced or the function to be lost.

3.     Precautions

(1) Do not bend the battery cable. When installing the battery terminal, align the terminal interface and then press it!

(2) It is forbidden to short-circuit the positive and negative electrodes of the battery with wires or other metal objects!

(3) It is forbidden to pierce the battery case with nails or other sharp objects, and it is forbidden to hammer or pedal the battery!

(4) Do not drop, squeeze, hit, throw or bend the battery!

(5) Do not put the battery into water or get it wet, the battery cannot be used after immersion in water!

(6) Do not charge the battery under fire or extreme heat conditions! Do not use or store batteries near heat sources such as fire or heaters! If the battery leaks or smells bad, remove it from the heat source immediately!

(7) When the battery has problems such as bulging and leakage, stop using it immediately!

(8) Do not throw the battery into fire or heat the battery!

(9) It is forbidden to disassemble the battery in any way!

(10) Do not put batteries in microwave ovens or pressure vessels!

(11) If the battery emits peculiar smell, heat, deformation, discoloration or any other abnormal phenomenon, it should not be used. If the battery is in use or charging, it should be taken out from the electrical appliance or the charger immediately and stop using it !
