2.     R&D technology

 

      (1)  PCB design

            A: The same as original, SMT is regular, all the components are glued.

            B: Used 4-layer PCB,0402 resistance and capacitance to ensure load bearing of large currents.

            C: Used 9*2mm Large L-shaped nickel to ensure reliable welding.

 

      (2)  FPC design

            A: FPC using the top-grade non-rubber calendered copper、original socket to ensure the reliability of                      connection.

            B: Welding pad is equipped with U-notch and circular hole for easy soldering tin (patent No.:CN                            207602672 U).

 

       (3)  Head integrated design

             A:Better than the original,double bracket protects PCM and cell front edge sealing, preventing PCB                      Component from crushing and cell edge puncture

             B:bracket and cell body are equal in height to ensure the smooth appearance of the head.

 

       (4)  Own software design

             Combined with the characteristics of cell, matching the best parameters of the software
